Description: Dominion Energy’s SBS AUD and SAP projects exposed a gap in their as-builting process that posed a risk to GIS and ADMS data quality and results from FLISR analyses. This session will cover how Dominion Energy evaluated the market for DCM solutions, why they chose to fill it with Locusview DCM and the internal challenges they overcame along the way. Their Locusview project will include integrations with SBS’s AUD graphic work design tool and Esri’s ArcGIS Platform and SAP and will deploy to ~1200 crews in 2025.

Danny Petrecca
Danny is the Vice President of Business Development at Locusview and leads the efforts on digital construction management for the utility market. He has over 20 years of experience in the utility IT space having worked with Miner & Miner, Telvent and Schneider Electric and has vast knowledge of the Planning>Construction>Close-Out workflows at utilities throughout the world.

Neil Jessel
While at Locusview for the past 5 years Neil's worked to align the product with the utility market needs. In addition he’s supported the development, implementation and deployment of numerous Digital Construction Management solutions with Tier 1 Utilities. He brings the construction field user perspective to help drive adoption, while a deep curiosity and understanding of the macro market drivers. Prior to Locusview Neil worked in industrial IoT for industrial equipment. Neil has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and has 10 years of experience in the enterprise technology space.
Jenny Burgess
In her 23 years with Dominion Energy Virginia, Jenny has worked in various groups in electric distribution: Design, Emergency Preparedness, Customer Service, Operations Centers, Scheduling, Business Support and now GIS Services. She is working to use her experience as a user of GIS Tools to help the GIS Team identify and fill gaps.
